Kim has been in the insurance profession for over 25 years, working for the Product Managers at Suncorp Insurance in her earlier life for 7 years, before taking a break from insurance to focus on family and follow other pursuits. Kim rejoined the insurance profession in 2000 with Lewis Insurance Services as an Assistant Account Executive and progressed rapidly to her current position as Account Manager, providing comprehensive advice to small, medium and large clients. Kim took a career break in 2017/18, and rejoined Lewis Insurance Services in 2018 as our Assistant Account Executive.
Kim has a high customer service focus and always aims to provide the best insurance solution for her clients in a prompt and efficient manner. Careful attention is provided to thoroughly understanding her clients’ needs and analysing their risk exposures, so that clear and concise recommendations can be made to protect her clients’ businesses from a claim.
Kim holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and in 2015 obtained the status of Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) with The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA).
